I think players should have a player health bar so you dont die instantaneously when a pokemon is around attacks u so u have more than 1 hit to a pokemon and depending on there level what damage they do.

1.Leadership: the more the points the farther the pokemon goes
2.Protection: the more the points are the higher will be our protection against the wild pokemon
3.Healing: the more the points the higher we can heal the pokemons by ourselves (we can heal other player's pokemon too)

3.pokemon dress: with this you can equip dresses for your pokemon and it is only seen inside the guild house and the higher the points it can be seen outside too!
4.NPC team mates: create an NPC who follows you and give him your pokemons ! {the pokemon given to him cannot be taken back} [may or may not happen]
