avatar starting page's avatar image not appear

When I click in activate link to avatar starting page, avatar page not showing avatar image. Can't view the avatar appearance

I think it's been a known bug for a while.

ChefMike, there's actually no need send cash to me. Just want to change skin and gender(maybe gender wrong? Can't tell). I have create another account not long after I create this account. Maybe create another new account can solve this problem?

and yes Kerl, you're permitted to have multiple accounts, so long as they never interact with each other (no trading stuff between them, even via someone else, no logging on to more than one account at the same time).
there is no way to change your gender or skin tone once you've created your account, only hair and outfit :/
