i suggest that the guild leader-boards should be based on guild battle help every month end so that players of a guild get time to level up and battle at the end. I am writing down my and cranel's suggestions in pointers below:-
1. Guild leader boards should be based on battles held every month participated by at least 2 members of that guild. The battle should also have a small prize for the 1-5 guilds. This will cause the creation of many active guilds and members wanting to level up their Pokemon.
2. Once a guild member holds a gym in a town the members of that guild should be able to teleport to the town in which the guild holds a gym.
3. there should be a system of player level where the level of a player increases as he battles, catches pokemon etc
Another small suggestion being that the player who was the best in the guild battle should get a special recognition.
