I think that the guild that captures the most gyms each week should get some guild balance. The guild leader can distribute the balance between all the members. The guild can also get titles based on how many times they won in capturing gyms.(Duelist-2 wins, Winner-5 wins, Destroyer- 10 wins, Demolisher-25 wins) Based on how many times they won in capturing gyms they get the better rewards. (Example: 100k, 150k, 200k, 250k, rare poke for each member, 300k, 350k, 400k, 450k, rare poke for each member, 500k...) I feel that the max guild lvl should increase from 8.
