    there are numerous reference sites that can provide all this information and more
    bulbapedia, smogon, serebii and pokemonDB are the most popular

    then how about location by coordinates

    wild poke locations are not fixed across map regenerations, and there are 1681 tiles not counting caves, safaris etc. such a project would not only take an inordinate amount of effort, but also periodically be rendered redundant.
