This is less of a suggestion and more of a complaint. Whenever a spawn is triggered, (especially a payed spawn), sometimes the Pokemon spawns in an area that can't be accessed. This sucks because then players will theoretically waste time, money and effort for no reason other than the spawn...

hurricane shld be made viable (unfriendly aoe) for balancing ] rise pvp uses thunder, focus blast but not hurricane or blizzard. kinda sed, ngl, also maybe make hurricane tm.

Self-confusing moves should maybe have the named effect deleted. I'd justify this by noting the lack of move drawbacks generally seen in rise. No recoil, no stat drops, etc. It would open up more moves and Pokemon for viability/variability.
