This is less of a suggestion and more of a complaint. Whenever a spawn is triggered, (especially a payed spawn), sometimes the Pokemon spawns in an area that can't be accessed. This sucks because then players will theoretically waste time, money and effort for no reason other than the spawn...

hurricane shld be made viable (unfriendly aoe) for balancing ] rise pvp uses thunder, focus blast but not hurricane or blizzard. kinda sed, ngl, also maybe make hurricane tm.

Self-confusing moves should maybe have the named effect deleted. I'd justify this by noting the lack of move drawbacks generally seen in rise. No recoil, no stat drops, etc. It would open up more moves and Pokemon for viability/variability.

Smoochum have too many status-causing attacks. Between Sweet Kiss and Lick it's incredibly difficult to do any sort of consistent EV training. I'm requesting either a move-set change or a spawn change. (Removal of Sweet Kiss or Vannillite be made common spawn with Smoochum as uncommon spawn)

You should make the tutor doubles as move relearner. Would be easier than making a new npc maybe.
