auto player searcher battle hall is a battle hall where an NPC stands and ask's us that do u wanna battle or leave then if we choose to battle and any other player also chooses battle we can battle and we need to register the 6 pokemon we need to use so in the time of 15 mins where and whatever team we have will change and go to auto-battle hall with the team we registered

Its better just to ask if anyone wants to battle, and battle in Battle hall.
The 15 minutes will lag the player losing interest in battle.

but some player wont have more friend who wana battle right for them they can battle a stranger

I don't think friendship is a constraint in finding battle. Just ask in global and use battle channel to battle. A designated NPC is not needed.
