Closed Eggs? Breeding?

This has probably been the topic of discussion before, but since our steps are already tracked, why not include eggs and breeding? This could introduce a whole new grind to old players, there can be a breeding center alongside the safari zone, learnt breeding moves, IV manipulation and more. There are already obv predetermined egg groups, breeding time/step lengths, etc. To limit user manipulation, only one or two nurseries can be placed (prolly at 0,0)

I can also see where it can become difficult to expand tho. Just a thought!!

Steps were added not just for introducing happiness evolutions but also for adding breeding at a later point in time.. The feature is under development afaik.. been suggested before, hence closing the thread as duplicate
