Closed Guild name change

I need help. I cant change my guild name. I know how but it don't work.
I tried the following:
Refresh page
Wait for 7 days
Make a new guild

Go to guild hall, talk to Jeffrey. Click on "Manage Guild" option

no worries i got the problem

My guild was lvl 3

u mean't ur guild name or tag? for tag you need level 5

i couldn't change my guild's "name" till it was lvl 5
