Ok I got to know that radar helps us to find pokemon in an area. But only the dexed one Taking example of a guy who is knew in pokemon cannot find any rare and just will keep roaming with less rare uncommon pokemon. so the radar should tell us the possibilities that arare pokemon is in that area
