Pls Consider this cause this would really change the Game
What if there was a item that could read the PKMN'S Iv's without catching it like it's Iv's would show over its head
And you can buy the item from Mart for 100k it would read the Iv's for like 3h and another one with real $$$ which was Permanant

If we look at the rarity of high ived pokes then this would defenitely decrease the cost of a yellow iv poke. So then everyone will catch yellow ived pokes and they would be practically common. Thats would as Glitch said and i quote "make the game Ez Pz"

the game should be dependent on EV and training skills and not on luck

no, IVs help a lot in trades and in training

I once asked in the ingame chat what I thought was an interesting question- 'how many 100% IV pokemon do you think have been accidentaly killed?' The answer I got back was none, as they don't have IVs before they're caught. So this wouldn't work. A variation, that says it when you catch them so you don't need to go back to the storage, would work and be pretty useful still.

Highly doubt wild pokes have predecided IVs, Once you catch them, server givs them latest ID , random nature.and IVs
