This forum thread provides a brief about how to use the Lotto Shop, Clothing Shop and a brief about Safari Zone.

USING LOTTO SHOP
Enter the following building
Talk to the Lotto Clerk and click "Yes" when she asks "Would you like to purchase a ticket?". Then select your preferred option based on the number of tickets you would like to buy when she asks "How many tickets would you like?".
You can buy tickets in lots of 10 until you have 90 tickets post which the option to buy 10 tickets at a time will not be available. The maximum tickets you can have is 100.

USING CLOTHING SHOP
Enter the following building
Enter the following building
Talk to Daisy and she will show you all the available clothing options. Click on your preferred cloth and click "OK" when she asks "Are you sure you want to purchase this style?"
Previously purchased clothes need not be purchased again.

You can also reset your avatar in the reset tab
SAFARI ZONE

Talk to Safari Jane and click "Yes Please" when she asks "Do you want to explore Safari?". Note that you will be charged $10000 for 10 mins.
Once you enter the map, you will be given 30 Safari Balls. Explore the map to find rare pokemon. These pokemon can be caught only using Safari Balls.
