More evolution options

When I went to the PokeMart, I talked to the Suspicious Shopper and asked if she can evolve my Pikachu to Alolan Raichu. Sadly, this option wasn't available. Since there are regional variants in the game, would it be okay to add some more evolution options that you can buy from her?

Pikachu -> Alolan Raichu
Cubone -> Alolan Marowak
Exeggcute -> Alolan Exeggutor
Koffing -> Galarian Weezing

There are more evolutions added in gen 9 but I'm not sure if those sprite are available yet.

I know those specific pokemon are ingame, except they need time put into them and I think just the shopper needs to be added, but I don't really know, you'd have to ask staff

not entirely correct, alolan raichu and marowak do not exist in the database. there might be a sprite for them but they don't have stat entries and are not available even through server spawn. i would imagine galarian weezing is the same.
