and just my idea why we don't have shiny gym where we need to have 1 shiny pokemon to join it

I think they are trying to add more gyms, I may be wrong tho but it will take time for the gyms to be added

there's no shiny gym because not everyone has a shiny and that isnt fair to either raise the money, catch something rare (or box), or try to shiny hunt
