On both the in-game and comprehensive forums map it shows an exit at the top of 16,-1 but there's no connecting path to get to the singular path that takes you to the exit.

Server generates the map randomly.. so certain tiles might be inaccessible or can be accessed only through certain paths despite having multiple entry points..
if you intend to go from 16,-1 to 16,-2, this could be an alternate route you could try
