I think the pokedex can be better that shows the rarity of the pokemon a lot of people ask in chat sometimes people don't answer instead of asking questions they can go to the pokedex and check the rarity.

ye it would be better because instead of saying "oh ok i got this pokemon" we can say "oh i never knew this about this pokemon!"

rarity is very subjective and something that isn't fixed. Whenever we have a map regen, few of the pokes that were common in previous map become uncommon/rare and few that were uncommon/rare become common/uncommon. Best example is Cryogonal that went from common to uncommon

Don't think this is feasible
