Problem in 0,9

According to pokemap there is a southern exit in 0,9. But it's blocked, i dunno if there is a problem with the map, or it's something to do with the game. Can you guys please look into it.

you can try a different path or if u wanna hunt in that particular tile go from 0,10 to enter 0,9
