Purchases not registering on account

Hi there,

I made two purchases of gold which have not been added to my account. I received confirmation emails from both Paypal and Pokemon Rise. I clicked on the emails from Pokemon Rise to confirm my activation but the gold was not added to my account. How can I get this fixed?

So apparently the shop has been bugged 🤷
they didnt send anything publicly on the forums so mike just told me to refund it. As of now no one can access gold outside of sign in bonuses
