The Shiny Charm could be available from the Gold shop and Quests once used it buffs the Shiny chances for whatever tile the user is currently at.

shiny charm isnt gonna work, they way you get the shiny charm is completing the pokedex and on rise there is a lot of pokemon that are box only and some that are even spawn only making it a very hard to complete the pokedex

I think it should increase the chances of a shiny spawning inside of a certain radius. Like maybe a 5x5 or 7x7 radius.

yes but if other trainers are around you whats the point they will just take the catch

maybe it should like put some sort of force field around the area you are in
