some of my pokemon's ivs changed

just realised it today that my charizard which was 16.something ivs(i don't remember) had a spreadsheet of 5 over all the stats now it has 10 in def and 5 in others except spatk which has 0

its not normal to have the exact same ivs. I had ev trained all my lvl 100 pokemons and now there ev seems to came back to random numbers

My suicune got 100% ivs, but Mike reset it to 54%. Im kinda grumpy now, it was 70 before all of this.
