1) Make boosters Perks Better!, It is better to have more boosts and a vanity URL! Make booster perks?
2) Buy some ADS, you can buy super cheap ads at discord.gg/mcgalaxy (my suggestion, I paid them $150 for 2k JOINS) and make your server active
3) Do some giveaways with requirements, they really help!
NOTE: I was a owner of a 11k discord, so this is what I think, nothing else

since its a server for the game, why do we need to advertise to random people who dont play rise?

there should be a requirement to play the game, or something like login for 3 days...?
I mean, it will just help alot gain members and make a COOL community (better than current)
