in pokemon rise there is only 1 way to get things from the shop is using paypal, i live in aus and we do use paypal so i think we should have different credit/debit cards (ex. aus westpac) to buy things in the shop.
There's another way to pay too, not only Paypal you can also use any type of visa or master cards and if you have different currency, it'll automatically convert your money into USD
