tree bug and faint bug

i have found two bugs/glitches frist i am stucking in tree again and again second is when i go with my pokemon who is out of my pokeball the server throws me in pokemon center when there is no wild pokemon in area it is happning again and again please fix this
note if second one is not a bug/glitch if this is rule than please sorry and if this a bug/glitch please fix it

Try clearing your cache it looks like your loading old map data. As for fainting you need to make sure you pokemon are in front of you.

right now i am stuck in the lab between the move tutor and nick namer and i cannot go out. please help me

the tutor/nicknamer issue does seem to be an actual issue - no matter where you stand, after using their service, you're put into the wall just above them.
/faint will return you to the pokecentre, but it's still awkward
