This is my first tourney so bear with me.
Most rules except all moves are allowed cause like draco meteor and stuff like that
Only dragon types or dual type with one as dragon are allowed in this tourney
There will only be a max of 16 people
first come first serve
Only dragons not allowed are legend dragons
This is a lvl 50 tourney
Can be 5 levels above but anywhere below
No megas like mega sceptile
That is pretty much it except it will be held GMT+5:30 January 13, 2022 at 12:00
1st place gets 100k
1st place is only place that gets prize
you may only use 3 pokemon and may go to pokecenter between battles

there are no fixed rules so saying "most rules" doesn't really explain much. you're the host, its your tournament, you decide & tell us what the rules are :)

so its a level 55 tournament not a level 50 tournament?
