TO FREDO: I have put you in charge of army commander and recruiter, you will be the one to catch the mons in the document I have shared with you, I will also be helping with the catching.
TO FLOATY: Again, same applies to you as to Fredo, you are in charge of catching grass type pokemon. If you don't know what pokemon to catch, ask Fredo, he will be leader of the guild when I am not online because we're close friends.
