pokes from all quests need not be available in wild all the time.. map regens happen periodically and some that were not in wild earlier could be added to wild and some that are wild currently may not be available in wild at a later point in time. You are expected to finish the quests over a period of time. Do not expect the quests to be completed within a day or two from the day you take the quest
