Riolu not evolving

Hello. I got a Pink IV riolu, made it max happiness, made it LVL 54 in daytime, tried night time too, all of that and still no evolution. Why exactly? If it is my mistake tell me.

Refresh and level up. Try at day time (<-- dunno if this works).
