unable to get night form

i caught and leveled up 8 rock ruffs to level 25 and even at night time and dusk time it still evolves into midday form please fix this and make it evolve in midnnight and dusk forms also

Rockruff is unable to evolve into midnight and dusk form. Dusk form is ther but only one from tourney/event reward.
