plenty of options exist even if you don't own any box pokémon.

altaria and dragalge aint so good for pvps, noivern is more recommended rather than using altaria and tyrantrum is good for 100s more than 50s

dragalge is plenty viable in the right situations. with all the togekiss around in the recent meta it's a decent surprise counter. with gardevoir being box and not always allowed in tournaments, there aren't many often-used fairy-second pokémon to trouble it.
