Closed Global selling

Players can put their pokemon they want to sell on mart and put a price on it and when other people come they can come search the pokemon they want to buy and buy what they want the cheaper ones on top and the expensive ones on the bottom anybody can put up their pokemon to sell and if needed put a price to put it up on mart.
I don't know what to name this free to suggestions

I think this has been suggested quite a bit before and sort of remember an answer of 'it's probably coming sometime in the future' or similar.
