Closed NPC MOVING TRADERS

moving traders- these are non-player characters (NPC) that move around the map. they can be anywhere and if u find them you can trade with them. Its basically the opposite of proffesser aspen, you can buy box mons from him or get a random box if you pay a certain amount of money.- to make things fair and not abusable by alts, we can make them teleport to a different location after one trade is made.

I think this is a good Idea. its a good addition for events. to give more life to rise. but would need to consider a lot of things. to avoid breaking the game balance

How does making them tp to a different location prevent abusing using alts. All you need to do is find the NPC again. Pls if you make that NPC sell you box pokes of your choice, it would kill the purpose of having boxes to be bought. The intention of having boxes is to give a random chance of getting a poke and not a certainty which would upset the balance.
