Closed Suggestion for Pokemon Rise PvP Players

I have just recently remembered pixelmon and I there is a feature called level locking. It locks the level of your pokemon and the pokemon cannot gain anymore exp. This feature would help the pvp community because it would help them not over level a pokemon past the level they want.
