TM Problem

I tried to use TM Solarbeam on Typhlosion and it didnt worked. Its not that the pokemon cannot learn it cause ive played other pokemon games and the pokemon learned the move. also i think its not only typhlosion that cant learn it but many other pokemons.

the solar beam TM has never worked. we're not sure why. the move works fine, if the pokémon can learn it by level up or from the move tutor.

however given the way typing and weakness/resistance/immunity works in Rise there's not really any reason to teach solar beam to a typhlosion. not a helpful answer for your grass-types, but it's the answer we've got atm.

how can we teach the tm?

once the pokémon has 4 moves in its known moves list, buy the TMs from any mart and use them from the TM pocket of your inventory.
