unknown spawns and stuff

spawn pokemon (rarely) without letting the people know. who doesnt like randomly stumbling upon a rare pokemon
add a few more leggies to the wild or change the current ones.
put rare gen 8, pseudos or ub's in wild (maybe rarer than regi's) and change them every month or so.
add pokemon outbreaks and randomly spawning bosses.
fix caves (i know its not possible but yeah).
all of this will encourage players to explore more..
