Sounds funny. I know. Weather in pokemon rise? But I think it could be cool, like certain weather-s can boost the spawns of certain pokemon and also boost their attack power. Maybe it can even allow for higher chance of better IVs and higher level when weather boosted pokemon spawn. Also maybe damaging certain pokemon in battle, like fire types could take some damage when it's raining. Moves like sunny day and rainy day could also change the weather perhaps in the tile of the using pokemon instead just being useless 0 damage moves. I think it would be quite cool. Plus it's just a natural thing, weather.
the list of pokémon that appear is fixed for the tile as a whole so temporarily changing it when players use moves might be difficult, but the effects they have on moves might be more feasible
